I hate to be vulnerable on here (being genuine is easy, this not so much) but my career is going down the toilet with Muskrat throwing a tantrum. I am an author. I’ve made an account for my author things @dassawrites, so please go give it a follow? My debut book came out last August so I am. Stressed. I write gothic horror, regular horror, historical fiction, steampunk, poetry. A lot of my writing is about autistic and/or Jewish experiences.

You, a fool, when characters state different or contradictory things about backstory events or how the world works: This is a plot hole!

Me, wise, enlightened: Not so, neophyte. Have you considered all the exhaustive possibilities in which one of these characters simply has no idea what they are talking about, or better yet, is a fucking liar?
